The Lodge Leadership Seminar is the brand new training program within the Bob White Lodge created to help individual Arrowmen develop new leadership skills and teamwork abilities. Throughout the three-days of the fellowship, LLS participants will take part in over 8 different seminar sessions, Crew activities, team games, and lots of other exciting events! This event is brand new to our program and we are excited to present it to our lodge members in October of 2019!

Please Note: All Arrowmen are encouraged to attend the event and learn more about leadership development!

Check-in: The check-in process will take place in the CDM Dining Hall beginning at 6:00 and closing at 7:45. Registration will not open earlier and will not close later as these times are firm.

Camping: All participants will be responsible for providing their own tents for the event. Arrowmen will not be permitted to house in the CDM bunkhouses unless already designated by the Lead Training Facilitator. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All meals will be held in the Dining Hall, while the seminar sessions will be hosted in the CDM Conference Building each day. During the seminars, participants will be divided randomly into Crews where they will spend the weekend working with and collaborating with fellow Crew members for each of the sessions and activities. Each Crew is led by a trained Crew Guide for the weekend. More details including schedule and special information will be posted on this page by September 10th.
